Our mission at Rising Phoenix Rep is to bring the raw intensity of live theatre to audiences, igniting passion and unleashing emotion. John, our Artistic Director, leads us in pushing boundaries and creating transformative experiences. 2000
John, a young and ambitious theatre director, founded Rising Phoenix Rep with the goal of creating a new kind of theatre experience.
2003
The company produced its first show, "The Glass Menagerie" to critical acclaim.
2007
The company's production of "Scourned by Death" was a huge hit, receiving several awards and nominations.
2012
Rising Phoenix Rep began to produce original works, premiering "The Crucible", a play written and directed by John.
2019
The company's production of "A Feeling Named Love" directed by John was a huge success, winning several awards.
